The outside of a condo is entirely shared space for your associate to decide what can and cannot take place on the property.

Townhome

A townhome is a little more like a single dwelling home in it's layout, just sharing a wall with another townhome. Unlike some condos, many townhomes are multi-level properties.Often times convenient amenities are found in this type of dwelling. From a private garage and driveway to personal lawn space, you may have a little more freedom with a townhome. You can typically decorate the exterior of your townhome as you choose, unlike in a condo complex.
